Premature Gray white hair treatments and remedies

If you are facing premature hair graying problems then there are such home remedies to cure hair graying which works at some extent. One those effective remedies is to applying curry leaves intact in coconut oil, on scalp atleast thrice a week, doing this will nourish the scalp and will increase the production of sebum.
However, studies have shown that people, who take tension and worries majorly suffers hair-graying problem, so avoiding stress and anxiety is necessary to keep your hair beautiful. Apart from this, doing yoga on regular basis can also help to get rid of graying hair problem. Moreover, balancing ones diet along with good exercises (as yoga is recommended) even provides good results for the same.
We would also suggest your to cut down the consumption and daily intake of potato, flour, fried foods and sugar, but increase the daily intake of green vegetables, fruits, milk, pulses, and cereals.
Moreover, applying gooseberry (pre-soaked for an hour) along with coconut oil also improves luster and texture of hair.
Besides this, if one would apply Henna (thoroughly mixed up with Gooseberrys water, tealeaves, which suppose to keep for whole night in iron container) even provides wonderful results on gray hair, while turning them into beautiful brown colour.
