If your work require steady performance of yours and then try to stick to morning exercising routine, this will strengthen up your back muscles so you will be able to work longer while avoiding back pain. Yoga is one such instance of back pain curing treatment, but do not forget to take professional’s advice.

Apart from this, whenever you sit on your chair keep  your shoulder straight don’t sit like a camel, doing so will keep your back in one position which is why it will not encounter excess stress, hence no back pain.
