People who work constantly at one place, or perform intense physical activity are more prone to Backache problem that nowadays, has becomes a very common health problem. There are many causes of Backache, especially when stiffness in back muscles increases and swelling may irritate than the backache problem can occur vigorously.

Generally, the stiffness in back muscles occurs when they encounter irritable support, which happens during we sleep. Yes, bad mattresses (those have lost its structure and not properly supports the body when you sleep) promotes backache problem.
So, avoiding utilizing backache or changing your mattress every five years can improve backache condition, but if you cannot change your mattress than cover it with thick mattress (which would as a good mattress).

Cold fermentation is also applicable if one is suffering from stiffed back muscles. Doing so will improve their condition while soothing up the back muscles.

Always remember to not to experiment with your backache problem, (as people do while having a massage from an inexperienced person who does not how properly massage the muscles). It can worsen the backache, as muscles may more tighten up with irrelevant practice of upwards strokes. However, there are various backache ointments and gels available, which one can use while having 5 minutes downwards massage in order to avoid extreme pain in back.

Apart from this, garlic is very beneficial to cure backache problem. You can either consume small cloves of raw garlic before your breakfast or can include it in daily meals you eat. It does not matter in what form you are eating garlic, its healing property will do their work effectively.

Moreover, application of garlic oils at the paining area can also remove the problem thoroughly. You can even prepare garlic oil at home by crushing garlic into simple olive oil or almond oil and heating it for 2-3 minutes.

Eucalyptus oil is even very effective for backache problems; proper application of Eucalyptus oil with gentle pressure provides tremendous relief in backache, and if still you are suffering from backache, then boil milk, add 2-3 cardamom cloves and two pinches of turmeric powder and drink it, for wonderful results.
